Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the LaunchLint website, scanner, and Launch Report. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use only

You may scan only a website you own or are explicitly authorized to assess. You may not use LaunchLint to disrupt a service, evade controls, investigate private systems, violate law, or infringe another party's rights. We may rate limit or block use that threatens the service or third parties.

Service scope

LaunchLint performs bounded, low-impact inspection of public web responses. It does not authenticate, exploit vulnerabilities, enumerate private infrastructure, or certify a product as secure. Findings and scores summarize only supported checks observed at a point in time. False positives and false negatives are possible.

Payments and report access

The Launch Report is sold for the price displayed at checkout and is delivered through a signed report link after successful payment. Creem processes payment and applicable tax. You are responsible for retaining the report or printing it before the signed access link expires.

Refunds

Because the report is generated and delivered immediately, completed purchases are generally final where permitted by law. Contact security@getlaunchlint.com with the checkout reference if you were charged more than once, payment succeeded but no report was delivered, or applicable law requires another remedy. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

No security guarantee

The service and reports are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You remain responsible for secure design, testing, deployment, incident response, and professional review appropriate to your product and data. Do not rely on LaunchLint as the only security control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchLint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid report will not exceed the amount paid for that report. Jurisdictions that do not allow a limitation will apply it only to the extent permitted.
