Privacy Policy

LaunchLint is designed to collect as little customer data as the initial product requires. This policy describes the MVP service at launch.

Information processed during a scan

When you submit a URL, LaunchLint requests that public web page and up to five same-origin JavaScript assets. The service processes response headers and content in memory to produce findings. Scan responses, reports, and suspected secret values are not stored in an application database in the MVP.

Network and operational logs

Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request timestamps, requested routes, response status, duration, and target hostnames for delivery, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. LaunchLint does not intentionally write response bodies or suspected credential values to application logs. Infrastructure providers may retain platform logs under their own policies.

Payments

Creem processes checkout, customer, tax, and payment information. LaunchLint receives signed checkout identifiers and related payment references needed to unlock a report. LaunchLint does not receive or store full card details. Creem acts under its own privacy terms.

Large language models and analytics

LaunchLint does not send submitted pages, scan evidence, or reports to a large language model. No third-party marketing analytics tracker is included in the launch MVP.

Your choices and contact

Do not submit a URL if you are not authorized to cause an automated public request to it. For privacy questions or a request concerning information associated with a payment, email security@getlaunchlint.com. We may need a checkout reference to locate payment-provider records.

Changes

This policy may change as storage, analytics, accounts, or monitoring features are introduced. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
